Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at support@doubleyoung.com within the specified return time limit. Please include the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return in your email.
- Response from Customer Service: Our Customer Service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return solutions and detailed instructions. Upon receiving these instructions, please ensure the unused items are in their original condition and package them securely with the original packing.
- Printing the Label and Shipping: Print the return label provided and drop off your package at your local post office or preferred shipping carrier.
- Processing the Return: Once we receive your package, most returns are processed within 5 business days. We will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
- Shipping Fees: If the return is initiated by the consumer, you are responsible for the shipping fee, which may vary depending on the shipping company chosen. If the return is due to our error or the goods are damaged or incorrect upon receipt, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on the processing time of your financial institution.
Return Conditions
- Non-Refundable Items: Items that have been dispatched or are in transit cannot be refunded.
- Unused Condition: Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
- Proper Returns Procedure: Please ensure returns are initiated through our Customer Service. We do not accept returns sent back without prior authorization.
- Freight To Collect (FTC) Service: We do not offer Freight To Collect service for returns. The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Responsibility for Size Selection: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection are not considered product quality issues.
- Incomplete or Incorrect Information: Customers are responsible for any loss or return of packages due to incomplete or incorrect information provided during ordering.
- Shipping Responsibility: Once a package leaves the origin's customs, shipping responsibility transfers to the carrier. For any issues during this period (e.g., lost packages), please contact the carrier directly.
- Quality Issues: If a product has quality issues, please contact our customer service promptly. We will send a replacement product after verifying the issue.
Additional Notes
- The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product quality issue or our mistake.
- If the reason for return is not related to product quality or our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
